David has over 18 years’ experience in the facets of compensation & benefits, employee recruitment and retention, staff training & development, employee relations/welfare and HR policy development having served and a HR Generalist and Reward Specialist in reputable multinationals and Kenyan bluechips.

Mr. Kamenderi holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) first class Degree, a Higher Diploma in HR Management and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA (K). He has also attended and facilitated numerous leadership and personal effectiveness courses.
