Liza Kiptoo

Liza is a certified member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).  She’s a degreed HR Professional with ten+ years of international experience with expertise in functions related to Strategic Management, Workforce Planning and Employment, Human Resource Development, Total Rewards, Employee and Labour Relations, Risk Management and Project Management.

Liza is skilled at planning and implementing employee initiatives to promote human resource directives and to enhance employee morale. She brings exceptional experience having worked for industry leaders such as General Electric, Adecco and ADP.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from USIU-Africa and a Master’s of Science in International Human Resources and Labour Relations from Manchester Business School, University of Manchester.
