Marc Voi Chiuli, Assoc. CIPD
Marc founded People Edge Consulting, to provide HR services to the small/medium business community. He has 25+ years of diverse human resources and management experience that spans start-ups and established organizations, providing leadership and guidance to managers and executives. He has led engagements in areas of HR Audits, HR Metrics, Competency Assessment, Organizational Culture Surveys, Job Evaluation, Performance Management Systems and HR Transformation for clients both in public and private sector.
Prior to founding People Edge Consulting., Marc held human resources leadership positions at Mumias Sugar Company and Kenya Tourism Board.
Marc holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources from the University of Manchester (UK) and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Nairobi, and a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management from the College of Human Resources Management (K). He is a member of IHRM (K) and an Associate Member of CIPD (UK). He is also a Certified HR Practitioner. Marc loves travelling and has travelled to France, United Kingdom, Canada and Japan.
