Some of the assignments she has spearheaded are; recruitment and selection, payroll management, performance management, job evaluation, training & development, disciplinary & grievance handling and solution as well as leading teams in executing HR strategies and planning in various sectors such as Manufacturing, Offshores, FMCG, and Financial Institutions.
