George Wasike is a Leader in the Human Resource space with proven expertise in policy formulation and procedure, recruiting and hiring practices, performance management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development Strategies, HR Legal compliance issues, managerial support/ coaching, Labour Relations and Organizational Change. His wealth of experience in people management as a Human Capital professional spread over several years and has consequently handled numerous assignments for corporates. These include SMEs, Parastatals, Government among others drawn from different business sectors, NGOs & FBOs.

He has over 14 years’ extensive hands-on experience leading HR strategies and initiatives including HR policy & procedures manuals, Labour Laws, HR Audit, salary survey & grading, reward, compensation, benefits administration, performance management, recruitments, compliance reporting, HRIS implementations, Job Evaluations and Learning and Development.

George is a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Management coupled with HR certifications having attained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Moi University and a Post Graduate Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resources Management, he also has training in Project Management & Planning from the Kenya School of Management and Developmental Studies. George is trained in organizational performance Index from the Kenya Institute of Management.

He has conducted consultancies covering; recruitment, corporate policy formulation and revision, human resource planning, performance management, performance appraisals, team buildings, job analysis, job evaluation, integrated corporate strategic planning among others. He has the ability to; design, develop and implement benchmark HR systems, conduct HR audits, conduct employee satisfaction and work climate surveys, train individuals and groups; the ability to design and use different types of learning resources and media; knowledge of adult learning theories and principles;

George has in depth knowledge of the labour laws from different countries and their application within an employment set up.

He has been involved in HR Research ranging from Employee satisfaction and engagement, work environment surveys, salary and benefits survey, training needs analysis among others, self-analysis and psychometric tools, leadership and management assessment, manpower planning and skills audit, reward and compensation survey.
